At Invotech UK Ltd we will always endeavour to dispatch orders as soon as possible, however this is dependent on stock levels and availability, customers will be notified of any delays on their order.
We do not guarantee the availability of any items shown.
We will use the most efficient method to deliver your order.
For orders outside the UK, the customer should be aware that we cannot guarantee delivery dates and carriage charges may vary according to size, weight and destination of the items. Non UK based customers should contact us for estimated delivery costs and delivery times before purchasing online. Orders will be sent via the most efficient means but delays in customs, etc are beyond our control. Customers, who require guaranteed delivery dates, should contact us or order well in advance to ensure no problems.
Non UK Based Companies. Countries outside the UK may have problems getting through the " Delivery Information stage" screen, this is because the system currently cannot estimate a shipping cost for your country. Customers are advised to email us with their requirements and we can then estimate shipping costs and set the system up for payment, so you can proceed with the order. Goods must be inspected upon delivery any shortages, incorrectly supplied or faulty goods must be notified to Invotech UK Ltd within 24 hours of receipt. Notification can be done by email to firstname.lastname@example.org or by telephone quoting your account reference and invoice number. Goods must be retuned at the customers expense. If you need to return an item please ensure you contact us first to obtain the necessary RMA number. No returns will be accepted without an RMA number from Invotech UK Ltd
